Lucid often enters into arrangements in which it acts as a Sole Supplier to a client and comply with agreed standards of operation and competency; or we also offer to Resource Manage the recruitment process on behalf of clients, acting as an interface with selected agents, in order to oversee and channel their contribution and ensure the necessary standards.
